NCY Roller Weights (18 x 14); GY6, Genuine

NCY’s Roller Weights are the best way to dial in the CVT transmission on your Genuine Buddy 125cc-170cc, Blur, or 157QMJ GY6 engine to suit your driving style. Lower your stock weight (12g-14g) with 10g or 11g for a great performance upgrade or when replacing worn out stock weights.

For those of you unfamiliar with roller weights, they are an important tuning device and have a significant impact on your scooter’s performance! They should be checked/changed every 1000 miles (per maintenance schedule) to keep your scooter running tops. Over time, roller weights will develop flat spots which will impair the performance of your scooter.

A good indication that your rollers are worn is increasingly high revs for a given speed and/or decreased top speed. Replacing worn rollers with this set will restore and actually improve your low-end power and especially your top speed. Fuel efficiency will also improve dramatically!

• Combining 2 sets of rollers lets you tune your transmission to suit your driving style (lighter weights = higher RPMs, heavier weights = lower RPMs)

For example, using 3x 10g and 3x 11g rollers (alternating weights in variator) gives you 10.5g roller set.

DANGER: Weights must be installed in an alternating pattern (120 degree angle). Otherwise, YOU WILL SEVERELY DAMAGE YOUR ENGINE!
